January

001Blueberry Compote – January 1, 2007. Delicious, but didn’t thicken at all. Served on french toast with whipped cream.

002Chicken and Pear Turnovers – January 6, 2007. Decent, but a little bland. We’ll play around with this one!

February

003 – Toasted Pound Cake with Blueberry Amaretto Sauce and Mascarpone. Adapted from a Giada De Laurentiis recipe. Delicious, quick, and simple!

005 – Peanut, Orange and Carrot Salad from Rachael Ray Magazine online.

March

004 – Roasted Broccoli from Kalyn’s Kitchen.
